From last 8-10 year we are saying that our engineer are the best than other (means Indian Engineer are best than the other country)But one of recently displayed research showed that very few of the Indian Engineers are working genius way. They are leading the company in right way. They are taking more interest to take the company forwardly. But what to other 90% people? Other people are same as that of other. Even some of them are working worst than the other country engineers. Then why to proud about them?
Our main subject is Quality of Indian Engineers. In last few year our total education quality decreasing. And this not unexpected as the way of our education system is caught under the political influence. Institution is not providing facility to the student for their research purpose because they don’t have such facility in their institution at all. Then the question arises that why these institution are permitted? Many of the institution don’t have the Infrastructure enough to start all the labs, libraries,Study rooms then also they are permitted? Why??We can’t think any of our other than IIT’s institution can compare with the foreign institution. according to my knowledge they are providing all the facility that student require for being master in his subject and I also heard that they are giving full freedom to the institution to take program related to education and development of student only not the politically related. This should be policy of our education systemHigher education is much better but not to that extent for what the Indian quality is known up till now.
In last few year as the interference of the politician in the higher educational institution creating most problem in front of the institution in many ways like Fee of academic year, other activity related to politics etc.As our government is giving much freedom to the politician they are taking disadvantages of that decision. (In government itself they only ruling)Now higher education is not so easy for the middle class family because of these worst politicians only. They are running more than 70% of these institutions. What it indicates? If they want they can convert the quantity in quality but they don’t. Why do you know? Because they know if student are getting the knowledge and such things which are making them against of these people further they will not support these politician.
But the party like communists and the other are interfering the education system (even they are changing the syllabus of some standers? why do you know? Because they think some of these reference given in that syllabus are indicating Indian culture means Ramayana , Mahabharata, Bhagavad-Gita and other which can affect their political policy ) This is the main reason behind the loosing the momentum of developing and quality that we achieved in last 15-20 year. Even I feel that if this communist party came in the election then they will change our history also. You can understand what I want to say. They are creating the problem in many ways for the development of well education system.
And what to say about the system of Communist? They think that no one can do like them. They are taking the West Bengal to worst condition as that of Laloo Prasad Yadav who done the same job in Bihar for 15 year.. But I not understand the people’s thinking of West Bengal? Why they supporting the Communist party since last 30 years after making this much disaster to the total developing moment of the West Bengal .From Bihar we are getting to many IAS, IPS officer but why we don’t get any well known engineers from this state? All we know that Laloo taken IRC to front in case of profit and the devolvement but why he didn’t it in Bihar? Communists are opposing the things which are going to help the country and the society after that also they are winning? What this indicates > either people don’t want such development or these politician making the things easy for them means they are managing the thing for them only.
But now time is arrived, some tough decision has to be taken about the engineers that are produced by the particular institution. Some means very few Institutions other than the IIT’s are creating the Quality engineers. That checking should be done first. And one common policy should be maintained in all the institution which are producing the engineers (I used the word ‘producing’ for the engineers .you might humble after hearing that but I can’t say other word than this. Because I think ‘creating engineers’ is one thing and the ‘producing engineer’ is another)
Some action plan to be made to increase quality of the engineers. I don’t expect these decision will taken by the politician but I expect this from the student side only. As you are student and one of Indian we all have the responsibility about that our proud never go down.
And also we should think the matter of reservation also. Government wanted the reservation in not student but in now faculty also.. Up till now the IIM’s and IIT’s are free from this reservation policy and they are fully based on the talent and quality but now they also brought under the reservation because of the some political view. That should be opposed. Otherwise one fine day our IIT and IIM also loose their identity for creating the well known engineers.
